Russia Today Changes Channel Name to RT

WASHINGTON, DC- MOSCOW, RUSSIA- MHz Networks broadcast partner Russia Today announced the 24/7 English-language news channel has formally changed the channel name to RT.


The 24/7 RT channel is available in the Washington DC metro area via MHz Networks 5 on:
broadcast channel 30-5,
Comcast cable channel 195,
Cox cable channel 474,
RCN cable channel 194,and
Verizon FiOs channel 455.


RT newscasts are seen daily on MHz Worldview at 1:30 AM, 7:30 AM, 1:30 PM and 10 PM ET via DirecTV channel 2183 and WorldTV channel 52 (via Galaxy 19), as well as via the following broadcast and cable affiliates nationwide:
